It's a quarantine. Summer is coming. The weather is getting a lot hotter. This specific time period is an interesting era where the human species start to migrate from the comfy sweatpants to the beloved shorts! LOL! I'm just joking! However, the temperatures rising and it's about time to have some kind of refreshment! I found some fruits in my freezer so I thought....hey! What about smoothies? I haven't made that in a long time and it would be a great way to use those fruits!
Here is the unofficial recipe:
Ingredients:
Frozen Blueberries-- A large chunk. You don't need to defrost but it might help?
Frozen Mangoes-- Mhmm. The tastiest. Just pour in the entire thing! DEFROST!
Banana-- 1 banana. You can choose to chop it or not. Works either way!
Milk-- about one cup or more. Depends on how much you use
Cashew nut -- 4 peices
Sugar-- ... Just bring the entire container. Haha! Use 5-6 scoops.
How to make:
I'm not even sure if this recipe requires instructions. It's pretty self-explanatory but oh well I guess. So in your mixer, toss in the desired amount of blueberries, mangoes and banana. ("Don't be shy! Put some more!". JK!) As for proportions, this is a blueberry smoothie...so add mostly blueberries than mangoes. You're the master of your creation!
Add the milk, it should fill about roughly half of the fruit in the mixer
Put in the cashews
Blend it until it turns into a purple mixture
Stop blending and add sugar
Blend again until all is combined to your liking
ENJOY!
Okay, so for the picture, I must admit the smoothie was finished pretty quickly. 🤤

This smoothie really is just great tho! It can be really adjusted and fits about any occasion. It's perfect for after a workout or just a long day of work. The perfect refresher!
