So, this was a meal made for a group of 4. It had to be like hosting a party in which the chef had to cook 3 courses. For this, the meals were based of traditional Indian recipes. All the meals were vegetarian as the goal was to make the course as nutritious as possible by following the new food guide. The food tasted great and it was really fun to make. The best part is the plate design in which each course looks different. Here are some pictures:
