Flower Art

The flowers are growing....mostly. Some of them are dying but that's okay when you can reuse the flowers. When I looked at these two flowers, the first thing that popped in my mind was dresses. All you had to do was face the petals down and use some creative imagination. I'm pretty sure this works with all kinds of flowers so the dress potential is unlimited. ✨

I decided that I was going to make them as little garden fairies or something similar...(I removed the wings at the end). I really wanted to give it a whimsical effect so I decided to add flowers at the bottom with pollen flying away. As I was sketching the faces of the girls, I realized one of them had something stuck on the page. I still don't know what it is but no matter how much I try to erase it won't come off. So, I decided to keep it there with the art and use it as inspiration for the "message".

I tried to seal flowers with the tape so that they wouldn't wilt but that doesn't seem to be working. I guess it's one of those special times where you gotta enjoy it in the moment..🧚‍♀️
